Guidance for Breast Care
Breast cancer is real and can happen to any woman. Early detection is the key to getting through breast cancer.
Baseline mammograms should be done between the ages of 35 to 40. Once you reach 40, they should be done yearly unless there is a significant family history. Another way to check is by feeling around to ensure that you don't have a lump in your breast.
